I am quite new to Contiki and have a few questions.

.Apparently the hotel stay is not included in the prices. Is that right? if so, how you people arrange for the hotels, through Contitki or themselves?

. Once you book a trip from the website, is there paperwork involved after that, or once you put in a date in online booking form, its final?

. Do they straight away mail you the tickets & itenarary. What is the process?

. Is it advisable to get VISA before or upon arrrival in Turkey when you are from Canada.
