Hey Everyone,
My name is Tom, 21y/o, NSW and been looking at this tour for about a month now and trying to save hard to do it. How much are you guys budgeting for the trip in total? This will be my first time overseas and totally pumped about it. After reading the post by Explorer1124643 above, I may have to book sooner than later if the date is getting full. Unfortunately as I am traveling by myself, I prob won't be staying after the tour. Thats Great! it would be good to have someone else around to hang out with. I din't know that the tour is nearly full, I better go book it soon. Hopefully I can do it tomorrow. Hi guys, we went to the travel agent today to book but the tour was full and was only available on request where you have to wait 2 days for contiki to get back to you and let you know if your allowed to go or not. There were still spots available on the next tour for 15th August which we could be confirmed on straight away and the travel agent said it would be better to book that why we could rather than waiting to hear back about this date. So now were going on the 15th August tour.
Explorer1124643 and Tom if you are really set on travelling this date you should ring contiki straight away and put in a request and hope that your able to get in. Otherwise you should book another date ASAP my travel agent said this tour is really popular and booking up fast. |

Hi Guys, Im Adam 21 from London and im booked on this trip. Just out in Afghanistan serving in the Army at the moment. Due back to England in May and then looking forward to getting out on this trip. Cant wait. Im going out to LA the day before the trip starts as well. Travelling on my own..

Hey, I'm Jess 20 from Melbourne (will be 21 when tour start) and really interested in booking this tour & hopefully do it by the end of the week, i will be traveling solo and have never been oversea's before so i'm really quite nervous!! i will be hopefully spending a few days in LA before heading on the tour and a few days in new york after then fly back to LA then off to london!!
If i do end up booking this trip (hopefully this happens) i can't wait to meet everyone!! xx |

I'm Tanita and I'm from Melbourne. I booked into this tour last week because im going on exchange to McGill uni in Montreal for their fall semester and i wanted to get in a bit of travelling before hand! Unfortunately im 19 so not of the legal age in the states im afraid, which is worrying me a little after reading all of your posts so i hope that doesn't suck too much but im still very excited about this tour, it was a good chance for me to do it  I have booked one night pre accom in LA but after I have a couple of weeks before the semester so im thinking niagara falls before i head to montreal if anyone is considering heading that way. Can't wait to meet you all! xo |

looks like there are a few people traveling solo as am i!! My names Shelly Im turning 21 next week and come from Wollongong, just south of Sydney. The US is the begining of my trip which will take me over to Europe to do some independant backpacking for 3 months. Im a little scared.... But very excited at the same time. I arriving in LA the day before and planning on leaving NY on the day it finishing heading to DC. Cant wait!!! Not Long Now!!!  |
