According to my STA travel agent, all extra activities have to be booked and paid for whilst on the trip. Apparently we can not before. If anyone hears any different let me know!! It would be a lot easier to pre-book everything eh!! Take soon x

The only Optional I've pre-booked for is the Alcatraz tour in San Fran, but that's because the Contiki website said that it's best to. I was considering booking the helicopter, but would prefer to go with others on the tour!

Hey Kira! My brother went to Alcatraz and found it really interesting, but i dont think im gonna see it on the tour. Im going to look into some flights to the grand canyon, coz i dont wanna get to Las Vegas and find that all the helicopters and planes are booked!! I might find out from Contiki if they have pre-booked some places as well!! Xx

im 99% sure u just book everything on tour.. except for alcatraz which u HAV 2 do! i did it when i was younger n def am guna do it again!!
am guna do disneyland on tour aswell, and the oc, and sex and the city and the sailing one.. ahh most of them actually!

guys, as for the optional tours, its highly recommended that you pre book alcatraz as it sells out very quickly.

as for grand canyon tours, i think there are a few to choose from such as bus tour or helicopter tours, then you can choose between going down to the colorado river or just flying through the area...

I'll upload a profile photo to the facebook group during the tour, as I'm bringing my laptop with me.

I booked the 9am Alcatraz too. Thought it would be best to go earlier so that we can do more around San Fran during the day. Looks like there's still places available at that time if others were going to book soon.

Are any of you girls (or guys) keen on checking out the outlet stores in Vegas? Its at the end of the strip, and there are like, over 150 stores. I really wanna go shopping :P
