Hey guys my name is Evelyn 21 single and a solo traveller. I will be on this October 19th tour. This is my second Contiki, i did a European contiki last year. I will be over in LA on the 18th and that night going to the Tegan and Sara concert. Pretty keen for a wild tour group, cause my last tour group was a bit mild with a bunch or couples eep.. As for the optional extras, it's what makes the trip so if I were yous definatley budget for all of them.. Im also staying an extra night for halloween so it would be awesome for a buch of us staying on to get dressed up and parade around like we all do at dress up parties lol.. I would love to go see Shamu! But nooooo! Shamu's not cool (according to my group of friends lol).

I don't know if you all know but our accommodation in New York has now been changed to the Portland Square Hotel (Times Square), can't argue with that!

unsure why they did, don't know how that works, maybe the Marrakech & The Broadway hotel could get better business pumping up the price to the public seeing as it is New York Marathon time etc.
Oh well, the Portland seems to be in a very good location!
