Silly question - I notice that eveyrone is getting ready to book these their excursions now, do we have to have all our optional extras booked before we go on the trip? Have I got this right or are these things people are doing before and after the tour?

Hi Linda

according to my travel agent you can't actually book the optional activities available through contiki until you are on the trip and you book through your tour manager.

If you wanted to book earlier or if you wanted to see if there are some better deals, you could see if you are able to book online?

Oh and finishing off with hawaii on way home.. hint for you, the hawaii 5 day stop over is booked in a 2 star hotel, you can get it heaps cheaper if you find a hotel yourself...Look forward to meeting you all..
