Hey Marissa, I think Disneyland is one of the optional activites on the tour so you should be ablt to do it while we are there. We wanna do disneyland aswell but we are thinking of doing it before the tour starts, then doing universal studios tour as the optional activity.

I'm going to Miami for a week before hand and then spending 1 night before the tour in the Contiki hotel. Can't wait!!! Wez

We are going to do Knotts berry farm instead of Disneyland but we are going to do it before the tour starts and we are going to do seaworld then to. don't know what optional tour we will do yet in LA.

Yeah im not really big on disneyland and i get there only 1 day before the tour starts so i dont really have time to do anything before the tour except drink haha
I REEEEEALLY wana do Seaworld, so i might just do that as an Optional. :-) I really wanna hit up santa monica pier aswel so i hope we get there.

Hey Sarah, we're gonna go to Knott's Berry farm too, and probably Seaworld aswell both before the tour starts. Are you booking them before you go or just waiting until you get there? Ive been looking at the website you told be about on facebook and will probably book everything from there before we leave.

Are any of you guys planning to go to Alcatraz when we're in San Fran?

Jen, I'm seriously thinking of doing the Alcatraz tour, apparently it's well worth it but we will need to book beforehand on the tour website.

we are going to book before hand cause you get a cheap deal on the net and it includes transport for seaworld. not sure what dates yet my sister is organising all that stuff. will let you know though.

as for alcatraz we would like to do that too but my sister already looked up the site and it says its already booked out

arg! i tried to book onto this last week but its booked out for the time

Hey Sarah, I had a look at the alcatraz website, I dont think that its sold out but its just too soon to book for the date that we will be there, it says on the main page that tickets are availble for the next 90 days and in the FAQ one of the questions was about booking tickets and it said you can only book them up to 90 days in adavnce.

oh good, i will have to keep an eye out

i'm with u Daniel... i rocked up to the travel agent w/ my deposit but it wasfully booked..! so i have booked and paid for a Grand Northern tour departing 31 July...BUMMER ! ..hey Explorer380...i am too from the Southwest of Syd... Prestons area.. may not be on ur trip, but hanging around after my tour fo a few days (finishes 24 Sept), wold be funny if i bump in to some Aussies on Contiki and its u guys!! well, enjoy ur trip guys.!!

I know this tour was booked out but i managed to get my friend on the tour coz i work for a travel centre. If she doesn take the spot id be more then happy to help try and set someone else up with it :-)

Mel and I haven't really confirmed what we are doing yet - def disney land and universal, alcatraz, and sex and the city tour in NY. Will let you know if we are doing seaworld?
