i am VERY interested in doing this tour, im just unsure since it is new if it will be busy or if alot of people will be planning on doing it as well im very excited they added it on to contiki haha
so if you are thinking about doing the alaskan tour maybe share when you are doing it or when you are?? im thinking EARLY july? or late june??

hey! i would do it for SURE if the tour was a GO! i contacted them and they said some were canceled b/c no1 was signing up for them..

I'm looking at possibly going in mid June, but seeing that this is new and not seeing a lot of interest for this destination (at the moment) I am somewhat concerned as to whether my planned date to go is feasible. I have been dying to go but most people I know aren't into the outdoors beauty. Ugh. Kyleannie, do you happen to know which trips were canceled?

i believe she said all of june and july b/c of the fact no1 was showing interest. im trying to find the email right now, but i think i deleted it.

we all just need to find a lot of people and just pick the same date , so then it cant be canceled and we get a full trip

Is June 28th tour guaranteed? Booked on it but no news yet!

thats why its so frusterating, id love to do this alaska tour thats why i wish more people woud just get interested in it, and so we could all just get a guaranteed tour, just all book the same one. hahaaaa

Just wondering if your tour did go or not?

I've booked on the first tour next year but read that some tours were cancelled this year because of low numbers. I phoned Contiki and they said it's too soon to tell if it's going to be busy or not and they only give 45 days notice to cancel a tour which is a little worrying.

This tour looks awsome. Seriously thinking about booking for 2009. Probably June. Some feedback from the people that went last June would be much appreciated.

I've just read that July and August are mosquito season. It's also supposed to rain 15 days of the month in August and only 2 degrees hotter than June, so I would say that June is a better time to visit Alaska.

I'm booked for the 27th of july and I'm flying solo hehehehhehee so I hope other are 2!
