600 USD a month including wireless high speed internet, electricity, and gas for our 3rd bedroom, basic nice square room with a ceiling fan and sufficient closet space with a 2 door slider.

We're two mid-twenties guys looking for another fun responsible person to take over the 3rd bedroom for our 3rd roommate. Move in date is prospectively January 1st or earlier ....
