Hi Everyone. I'm 26 from Sydney and I've decided to jump on this tour at the last minute (well sort of last minute - every else seems to book contiki heaps in advance!)

This will be my first o/s trip solo so I'm a little nervous, but I really need a break, so I'm thinking this is going to be a lot of fun!!

I'm looking at arriving on 15th August, then after the LA Scene tour, going straight on to the LA to the bay tour. After that I'm heading over to NY for a few days also.
I'd love to meet some people before I leave as I really am a little nervous about this trip!!

What's everyone planning on doing on the two free days? I definatelly want to do Universal Studios. Was thinking about the OC tour also. Is anyone planning on going to Disney? I have two days before the tour starts so not sure whether to do Disney then or wait until we're on the tour.

There are only 75 days to go.. but I'm not counting or anything!!

Amanda, I also have 2 days before the tour starts. What time are you arriving on the Friday?
I was thinking about going to Disneyland on the Saturday. I definitely want to go to Universal Studios as well, but was thinking about doing that on the free days during the tour.
There is so much to do, its all very exciting!

Hi Amanda...I'm planning on doing the OC tour as well..I don't arrive until the 16th so if you do it before thats fine I'll still go one of the free days..Can't wait! PS - I forgot to mention before I'm 28 and from Sydney.
