After I finish the LA Scene, I am going on the Grand Southern that is starting on the 26th of Jan (I promise that is the right date!!) Are you thinking of doing any others?

I was looking at the Grand Southern one but I couldn't really get enough time off work but that's ok there is always next time!

I'm going onto the Western Highlights and California Highlights after this one.

I'll be 21 in exactly a month. This year is looking good, a 21st and an overseas trip the following January! What about you? Have you done any other tours before?

I haven't even been overseas before, let alone on a Contiki tour! So it's all very exciting for me. I will be 23 by the time we go. From the sounds of things, most people seem to be in their early 20's on the tours, so that's good.
How many days are you in LA for?

How cool, this will be my first trip overseas as well. The LA Scene tour starts the day I am planning on flying into LA. But after the California Highlights finishes i'm planning on staying in anaheim for 3 or so days to go to Disneyland and what not.
Where abouts are you from?

I get into LA the same day that the tour starts as well. Lucky there isn't much to do on the first day, just meeting up with everyone at the hotel. Hopefully Jet Lag isnt too much of a problem.
Have you started to think about where you want to go on the day that we get to choose what we want to do? I was thinking maybe Disneyland or Universal Studios.

I have decided not to do to LA Scene one as I was trying to cram too much into my holiday, so instead i'm doing the Southern Adventure one that travels to New Orleans with the Grand Southern one you are going on.

I was trying to arrange to continue to New York but I am visiting a friend in Cleveland then spending 4 nights in LA to go to Disneyland after the tour.

Good to meet someone who is going on both of the tours I am going on! Most people are only going on either on or the other.
What are your plans for in between the two tours? I am just going to try to take in as much of LA as possible. Let me know your thoughts on what you might be doing?

yea it awesome aye where getting quite the little posse together now us gurlz!!! all of us. im not too sure what im going to do in between tour but i will prob be in LA for about a week b4 the LA scene starts by myself

Hey Julz,
I really want to go to Disneyland too, as well as Universal Studios. I'm pretty sure there is only one free day on the LA Scene, so it would be a good idea to go to one of them for that day, and then try to get to the other one in the three days that we have in between the tours. I'm sure that we would be able to get a group of people together to go with.

what about the food?

what about the nightlife through your trip?
what was the diversity of the group ?(nationality, gender ratio and ages, number of people)
