I'm a 23y.o. girl from Brissy. Just wondering if anyone was doing this tour? I should be and I'll prob be staying 2 nights pre-tour. I'm going by myself though, so any contacts would be great-especially if anyone else'd be around early?

hey there - im doing the grand southern that leaves LA on 24th Jan and i think that when the tour goes through New Orleans it will collect you and any others that are going on the Eastern Discovery!! There is a thread in the grand southern forum which has a couple of people that will be on the tour!

I will be doing the Wild Western after the LA Scene & have 1 day to get to New Orleans before the next tour starts. So there will be at least one familiar face when I arrive in New Orleans. I was abit worried about that. Will be glad to meet you in LA.
Are you staying on in New York after your Big Apple Explorer?
Im spening 10 days in NY, am looking forward to it the most.

No, unfortunately this is my only tour with contiki. I am spending 2 months in canada before and thought I should see a bit of USA before I head back to Oz.

Col - Hi, would love to meet up for dinner but I'm arriving late the night before the tour. Hopefully we will have plenty of time on the tour :-)
