We are from Sydney, both female and we wil be 20 & 22. Where are you from? I know i wish time would go faster.....Are you flying home straight after the tour?
I used to live in Sydney, am on the Gold Coast now. Will turn 26 two days after the tour finishes. I'm flying home on the night of the 7th so I'll have one night and most of one day in NY before I go home. How about you guys?
Oh awesome, we are staying in New York for a week afterwards, there is no way you could go over there and not do New York. Waiting this out is so painful.....I hope we have a really fun group of people.
Im doing 2 days in LA and then a day and half in NY before I go New Orleans...by the time we get back and I stay another day its almost 3 weeks I'm gone and school holidays are only 2!! Have you guys ever done a Contiki before?
No we have not done a contiki tour before, have you? That will be good we have a day in New Orleans before we start aswell so that will be good. I cant wait to hit New York i am going to go crazy with my money.
Yeah I did a Contiki in Europe in 2004. I'm hoping to do the Hop On-Hop Off bus tour the day after we get back to New York so I can get around to everything that I missed before the tour. Contiki usually have a small get together the night before the tour starts, like a meeting for people to register and get to know each other. I'm looking forward to it, I just hope people aren't as drunk as they were in Europe..... ARe you guys going straight to New Orleans or are you stopping over on the way there?
Wonder if anyone else is on the tour yet, no one else has mentioned anything here, and it seems we meet up with the grand southern tour that starts in LA on the 13th.

21 / M based in Brisbane ... most likely will stay in NY for an additional 3 days at the marrakech hotel after the tour and deciding whether to stay in LA for a day or two before the tour/stopover
