Has anyone booked for this trip yet?????

Yeah my partner and i have booked. we get into christchurch on the 28th and are staying at the motel the 2 nights before. we're from australia.

Where are you guys from in Australia??? I come from Central Queensland.

That is crazy!!! I get in on 29th December so we will have to catch up that night for a drink.

what time do you get in on the 29th? the only time we could get on the 29th was about midnight and thought that we don't want to start the tour wrecked so was made it a day earlier. where are you staying that night? how old are you? i'm 21 (emmaus) and my partner is 23 (tcc)

That is strange because I get in at 2pm in the afternoon of the 29th. I have been booked into the Bealeys Hotel, is that were you guys are staying?? I am 27 years old.

we get in at 2pm on the 28th. we're staying to two nights before and after at the place the tour bus starts and finishes. can't remember the name but we booked it through flight centre. Beasley's sounds familiar though

Is the Scenic Southern you're doing the clockwise one (which spends New Years Eve in Milford Sound), or the anti-clockwise (NYE in Queenstown)??

I'm from Melbourne, doing the SS on my own (getting in on 28 Dec, and staying at the Base Backpackers).
Hope everyone on the clockwise tour has a fab time - and if anyone is going on the anti-clockwise SS definately give me a holler!
