Hi,

I am going on the Scenic Southern tour departing on the 17th January from Christchurch.

What time is the pre-departure get together at the Bealey's Hotel?

Just want to see whether my plane would have arrived in time for me to attend or whether i meet everyone the next morning when the tour leaves at 8am.

I'm pretty sure your Southern Tour joins up with our Explorer tour to start. We start in Christchurch on the 17th also.

As for the official get together, my Itinerary mentions it, but says to check the board in the hotel lobby. I found a post elsewhere on these forums that said the meetings usually happen around 6pm the night before your tour starts.
