Just wanted to find out if anyone is as eager as me for travelling in 2011?
i've already started planning my 7 week trip with my bf through Europe, Canada, Egypt and USA and know what tours i want to do lol. i know 2011 is AGES away, but we want to save up enough money so we can buy/do/see what we want cos we don't want to miss a thing!!
well hope im not the only one excited, can u tell it will be my first time overseas and on a contiki tour lol. sooo excited!! iv also got 6 of my friends from home coming on the europe tour cos they don't want to hear about me going on about it when i get back about all the things they missed out on!!!!

I am planning to Travel in 2011 too, I've only been to Thailand, Fiji and am going to Vietnam next year. But I have already started planning my BIG 2011 trip Africa, Egypt, Greece, Great Britain and South Ireland and Europe but not too sure what europe tour is the best to do so I'm still doing research. All are going to with contiki except Africa tour. I am soooo excited and hope it comes around quick.

yeah we have decided to do contiki for Canada and through Europe, we are going to do the Europe Inspiration trip for the Europe trip with a whole group of us. Can't book it until atleast June/July which is a bummer, but im still looking forward to it. The forums have helped me heaps with what contiki we wanted to do so hopefully u find the one that is perfect for you!! hope u have fun next year in vietnam and then planning ur 2011 BIG trip

i wish it was next year! only then i would have no money to do my trip, so im glad its still far away, but all this research has me wanting to leave tomorrow

(im really glad im not the only one planning for 2011 already tho ) lol.

I am also ready for 2011. First of all will be the return to Asia (Japan) as well as traveling all over South East Asia. I will be going through a tour company called Goway and one of the iternaries starts in Singapore and goes through Malaysia, and into Thailand for 12 days. Then i am going to Hong Kong for three days, and then off to Japan for ten days with a visit also to South Korea. This is going to be a fun trip.

haha you're not the only one! i'm all booked for a 4 week europe trip starting at the end of this month (my first contiki trip) but i'm already planning my 2011 contiki summer camping trip! saving really sucks!

I too am heading to Europe in less than a month (for six weeks) but that hasn't stopped me looking at places to go both next year and in 2011! At this stage I think I'll stay close to home in 2010 (maybe Melbourne or Asia somewhere) and then hit up America (again), Hawaii and maybe South America in 2011. My fiance has never been to the US so it will give him the chance to look around and, by tacking on Hawaii and maybe somewhere down South it will be seeing something new for me!

It's good to have goals and dreams, gives you something to focus on and something to work towards. I think it's great that you have plans and are determined to see them through!

well our plans have changed now lol. because we are both really itching to do an adventure we have decided to do Canada, Vegas and LA next year, doing the Canada and the Rockies tour on the 24th July - 2nd August, and we are going to travel with the group of friends in 2011 as planned originally.
sooooo excited that we get to go sooner rather than later, plus it will give me an idea of what to take and what not to take for 2011 which will comein handy as i am one of those girls that pretty much take everyhting out of her closet, "just incase" i decide i want to wear it, then i never do so i think next year will be a good trip so we have an idea for 2011. soooo excited!!

hi all glad to hear also that im not the onl one planning for 2011, im hoping to spend 3 months in Europe in 2011 and tour great britain and ireland myself then go on a European Contrasts contiki and then travel europe myself a little more before going to the Greek Islands im rle looking forward to it and hoping i can save all that ill need to actually get there hope u all have fun on your tours

I am waiting for the tour dates to come out but I have been saving already and know exactly what i want. I seems so ages away but I know taht it will be here before I know it.

I'm going on a tour in 2011! It cant come soon enough! This year is all bout me saving HARD. I'm hopefully gonna do the London to Athens tour in late may early june 2011, providing i have saved enough hehe

Yes, I can't wait until the prices and dates for 2011 are available. I just want to book it NOW! I am planning on doing the 16 days Great Britain and Ireland tour and then the Road to Athens plus 3 day Greek Island Cruise in about June/July next year. This will be my first Contiki tour. Now all I have to do is save, save and save. It will cost me a lot of money but I am sure the adventure and experience will be worth every penny

I'm on the same boat as everyone in this thread. But luckily I'm going on vacation this year to Australia and new Zealand. My vacation hasn't even started and I'm already planning for 2011. I'm stuck between go to south America to argentina, brasil, and the galapagos or to japan and south east Asia. Tough decisions for 2011.

Can't wait to go overseas again next year! I keep changing my mind, but I know that I either want to do the Eastern Road tour or The Great Britain and Ireland tour. I would also like to see some of America so we shall see. I'm so addicted it sucks!
