I'm booked on the june 24th whirl too. should be great! are you doing any other travel in europe or the UK?, I'm heading over on the 8th of june and coming back on the 25th of july. gonna backpack over uk and ireland. First time overseas, and am also going solo!! scary buisness. I'm also an aussie, from N.S.W about 1 hour from canberra, planning on staying at the royal national the night before the tour. how about you?

I am catching up with some family I have in England and then chill out in Spain for a week before going on the Whirl. I am staying at the contiki hotel the night beofre we leave.

I'm also heading off on the whirl on the 24th..and am going solo as well. this will be my first time o/s, so its pretty new and exciting stuff! i'm heading over 20th June - 18th July. will be staying at the royal national for 3 nights before the tour.

its a big relief to know that there are others who are going by themselves as well.
yeah, i'm an aussie...i live in Brisbane.
the first plane i went in, i ended up jumping out of! (skydiving)...since then i've only flown to melbourne and sydney.

Yes mike im still coming on the tour... finally got my msg board thing working again.
Ill prob pass on the 1st drink! the hyde park festival is on on the 23rd and 24th so i can make the first day - - so who knows what state im going to be in by the time i have to get on the bus!
not long to go now... 61 days and counting til i fly over.
planning a trip to egypt straight after the tour man its expensive
