JOM you'll spend as much as your taste requires. Are you typically a big spender or a small spender?
My last trip last year on average i spent 80 to 100 Euros a day, that includes lunch, alcohol, souvenirs. However that did not include excursions and any shopping for clothing because Europe has some crazy fashion clothing stores.. That was typically what most people spent
You might also want to have extra $$ for dinners cause i know last year the dinners that were included with contiki were nasty as hell. I am in Italy and the pasta they offered was pasta i could get a grade 1 kid to make 4 me, nasty and watery lol.
I hope this trip has some better food.

One other piece of advice don't bring all your cash with you. This is a long trip and what if it got stolen by the gypsies in Europe.. Use your debit or credit card depending on rates or go to CAA if you have one in Phillipines and get a $$card thats all pre-paid. Travellers cheques are horrible to cash in as contiki trips are so so rushed and you get such limited time to cash them in, my roommate couldn't cash his in till like the 5th day so he had to borrow from me till he could cash in his cheques.

i'd like to believe that i'm a small spender. haha. i don't plan on buying much during the trip since it's a hassle to carry around and bring home. thanks for the advice, credit cards and a little cash should be fine. most of it will probably go to food and alcohol.
