Ive been in contact with the 'contiki people' and the WW Tour 06 Dec is confirmed/ guaranteed and quote: "for a tour to become a guaranteed departure, the tour coach must be more than half full , so there is a maximum of 49 people on our coaches, there will be somewhere between 25-49 other passengers ! most likely it will become close to fully booked going on previous years"
