Hey! My friend and I are also booked on this tour. We're from Brisbane and have been working and travelling in the US. We fly into London on the 30th. And have a couple days in Ireland and Scotland before the tour. Where is everyone staying in London before the tour?

got my pack today with the itinerary and stuff..

i'm currently living in London but me and my mate are staying in the contiki hotel the night before (fri 13th) we leave. It says on the ticket thats its the Royal National Hotel London - Bedford Way.

haven't read thru the info yet, but imagine there will be some de-briefing the night before for those in the hotel. Who else is booked in to the hotel? pre-tour drinks would be good.

Yeah they do have a briefing session the night before, the time is in the europe guide book they send out, i think it is like 6.30 or something. I am leaving london on the 30th on an Oktoberfest contik & will be back on the 4th. Will definately try to get along to the briefing session and have a few pre tour drinks.

I did a grand southern contiki in the usa a couple of years ago, it was awesome, no better way to do it really
