I live about a mile from the Russian consulate, so I decided to take my
application there in person. I had downloaded and completed the Word doc visa application from the consulate's website. It took 4 pages. The guy at the consulate said he could not accept it because it was 4 pages. He handed me a two-sided application and told me to fill it out instead. I thought this was odd and wondered what luck anyone else had with 4-page visa applications. I imagine a few of you don't live within a mile of a Russian consulate where two-sided applications can be obtained. I don't know how else you would get one. |

That's interesting because the one I downloaded from the Russian Consulate was 2 pages. I guess I'll find out on Monday when I take it to the consulate.

The one I was sent from Contiki - and printed off again from the
website is only one page - argh! I already worried as I had to mail mine (priority) to Ottawa.....only 5 weeks to go and time is not great for errors! Tara from NS ~European Panorama May 2005 (I hope) |

I dropped off my application using the 2 page form from the internet and had no problems.
