Hey, I'm also travelling solo and booked on this tour! I'm doing 4 nights at the Mykonos resort afterwards. My name is Nicole and I'm 21 from Toronto. There is another thread for this departure date if you wanted to post there to talk with some others who are on this one. I'm arriving in London on the 30th, so if you're interested in meeting for a drink let me know! =)

Hi, I am doing the London to Rome on the 31st of July, which is the same tour (except i finish at Rome, while the tour continues onto Athens). My name is Caterina and I am from Perth. Really nice to meet the two of you as well. I'm arriving in London the morning of July 30th and would love to meet my tour mates before the tour starts! Are you travelling alone Caterina, or with friends? It's awesome that you can spend a good week in London to sightsee beforehand, I should have booked a few extra nights in London as well. Ok good, so we're all down for meeting up so we can make some plans. =) I would love to make a suggestion but I'm not familiar with London, if anyone has a good idea, I'm pretty much up for anything.. sightseeing, shopping, drinks.. you name it! Caterina, I land at 10:40 am, and I've organized a shuttle straight to the Royal National. Is that where you'll be staying? I can meet with you at the hotel when I arrive or I'd be happy to meet you somewhere that's good for you after checking in. I am staying at the Imperial which is really close to the Royal National. I will meet up with you at the hotel. Will email you soon so we can organise a swap of phone numbers. Mate, if you want a challenge you've got it! I couldn't let you have all the fun by yourself....
I'm doing the trip plus 3 nights in Mykonos afterwards. 23 y/o from Auckland. I'm arriving back in London on the 29 July, so I'll be keen to catch up for some drinks etc beforehand. I've been in the UK for 6 months, and while I haven't been staying in London, I at least have some idea of where the best places to go are! |
