Hi, I was thinking going about then, i havent decided on a date but I was gonna go around that time.

Hey all! I'm going in early August, 07. Haven't decided exactly when but it will probably be the one starting in Queenstown on the 1st.

What do you know about the weather at that time of year???

i have been advised by a customer at work that it is a max of 15 degrees but can get lower then 0 degrees.

I am getting to Auckland on 25 Aug and tour starting 26th. G. Adventurer ends 7th of September..think our tour becomes the same one....think I am heading home on 9/9 Are you heading back to melb afterwards or doing something else?

I had a look and I am pretty sure we meet up on day 3 or there abouts. Not to sure if I will head home on the 9th or the 10th. What time is your flight on the 9th? I am staying in Christchurch and to celebrate my birthday on Saturday night and then heading back to melbourne.

First off, before I say anything, just want to make it clear, I'm not going on your trip.

However, I've gone on this tour would be more than happy to share my experiences and share any advice or tips you'd like.

Keep in mind though, I went in October 2000, so the tour has changed somewhat.
