On an impulse I've booked myself on a tour starting on 22nd from Christchurch going to Auckland, woo hoo!!

Anyone else going on this trip

I'm on this tour as well. I'm flying into to CHC a couple of days prior & travelling on my own - so am a little nervous.

It's great to hear someone else is on this trip! I'm also travelling alone.
I think most people feel a bit nervous travelling alone but so many people are travelling solo. My sister did this tour last year and she had a fantastic time and met so many people.

Christchurch is beautiful so gives you a chance to explore a little. I'm also arriving before the tour. Where will you be staying?

Hey P,

I fly into CHC on 20/12 and am spending the first night at a place called Hotel So. I'm then transferring over to Beasleys which I believe is the tour hotel.

How about you? When do fly in?

i arrive early on 21st and will be staying at bealeys. i think there's a get together that eve before the tour the next day so im sure we'll meet most people then

im travelling from the UK, where are you coming from?

Hey Penny,

You are going to love the weather. I'm in Brisbane at the moment and it is awesome. Nice and warm with a cooler breeze at night. I saw on the weather channel this morning that NZ was around 18-20 - which will be a lovely change from your temperatures.
