hey..im about to book this (hopefully it's not cancelled) anyone else going? im thinking about going to auckland a few days before the tour starts? im american and travelling solo..any advice?

I am doing the reverse tour to this, starting in Christchurch on the 23rd of Oct. And Spending a couple of extra day at Auckland at the end. Maybe you could do the reverse if you cant find anyone on your tour. I know of two other people on this one.
