Hi Erin and Liz, I'm going on the Grand explorer starting in Christchurch on the 6/03/09. Not long now. I'm so excited. This will be my first time travelling by myself. I have been overseas before doing a contiki tour in Europe with my sister. You will have such a good time, I know I did and still keep in contact with the people on my tour. :O) Mel

I'm from Mackay Qld. It is about an hour and a half away from Airlie Beach the whitsundays.

I am 22 turning 23 this year. Are you travelling by yourself or with someone? If you are travelling by yourself are you quad sharing?

I Agree, I'm doing Quad sharing too, we might be in the same room. I thoutht that it would be a great way to meet people as well. Not long now! I keep on counting the days to go.

i am going with my fiancee steve. Bealeys hotel was booked out when i tried to book so we are staying at the all seasons hotel which is not far.

what time is the contiki meeting the night before
