First off, before I say anything, just want to make it clear, I'm not going on your trip.

However, I've gone on this tour would be more than happy to share my experiences and share any advice or tips you'd like.

Keep in mind though, I went in October 2000, so the tours changed somewhat.

I am a 31 year old female from Melbourne who will be doing the same tour on my own. I am arriving in Christchurch on the 10th August to spend a day looking around the city prior to the tour. I was originally scheduled to go on the tour starting in Auckland but this was changed due to it being overbooked. I am glad however to be starting in Christchurch.
