Looks like 3 September reverse start tour is going to give me the best price options. Just wondering if anyone else is planning on setting out to do this tour?

Ah I'm glad to hear back from people! I was warned by a friend that I'll want to finish South Island, so I've decided to start in Auckland too!
Yeah I'm getting in on the 2nd but I think it starts on the 3rd. I'm from QLD (hence the Brissy in the name lol) and won't be having a birthday on the trip but will love to help celebrate others'! I've turned 21 this year already XD

Well I was budgeting $100 spending money per day, but that's not factoring in any extra activities, I'll take separate money for that. So I guess that's about $1500. Also $AU
