Just booked my trip with a friend to London and France for 8 days. Anyone going March 15-22?

My girlfriend and I are going, but we are kind of confused by it. It says we are supposed to meet at both Royal hotel and the Imperial hotel, and we don't know which one to go to... The whole trip planning has been somewhat confusing for us, with how we're going to arrive at our hotel too.
