I'm getting into London a day early (Friday) so I'll already be at the Imperial hotel on Saturday when you guys all get in-maybe we could meet at the Contiki basement and do lunch and explore a bit?
1 more day for me and I am soooo excited!!

p.s. are any of you girls bringing a blowdryer? i think the hotels have some but in case they dont could i borrow someone's?

According to my itinerary from contiki I will be staying at Imperial. In the materials they sent me it sounds like we should go there first; do you understand the same?

So Jim, I will meet you at starbucks. If for some reason my flight is really delayed, obviously don't feel obligated to wait at the airport!

Kara - depending on timing, we may try to find you at the airport. My thought in looking at the terminal 3 map is to meet just outside the UK immigration service office which would be near where you come out of the baggage area into the public area. sound good?

Meredith - Absolutely lets meet up at the contiki basement. Looks like they open at 9am so if all goes well, we would be there between 9 and 10am. My plan is to bring a small hairdryer so you are welcome to borrow.

How is everyone packing as far as clothes go? With the number of days, I'm having difficulty determining the amount of clothing to bring. I definitely have mostly casual.

Michelle - I seem to get the same idea from the itinerary. If it works out, it would be great to take the same train to the Royal National with you two. As for what I'll be wearing to ID me in the airport.. I couldn't tell you just yet because I haven't packed. I'm in the process of making my list and testing to see if it fits in the suitcase AND passes weight requirements. I'm packing a few pairs of pants, mostly casual/fun tops and a few dresses. I don't know what going out at night will be like so I'm trying to be prepared for anything. WeatherUnderground.com says London is high/low 62/39 and Paris is 64/48.

Meredith - my friend and I are definitely game for meeting up! We love the idea! If it fits, I am bringing my small hairdryer. Here's to hoping! =)

I'm in the midst of packing and I've got a mix of clothes for the varying weather they're having and about half dressy and half casual.
