I'm doing the 29th too. Are you buying tickets for Broadway in advance on the Internet? I've heard the line to buy the tickets is too long in the summer, it can take some hours. I'm worried about.

We arn't sure yet but I have heard that too about the long lines. We arn't sure what Broadway show we are going to see either, I was thinking about seeing "The Producers" because it's about New York and I thought that might be kinda cool since we will be there and all. We aren't even sure what night to go either! Are you going on any other Contiki tours? We are doing 2 others tours. We are both females, 21 from Australia by the way .

Nice to hear from you. I´m thinking of going to a Broadway show on 30th July, cause the Tour suggest to do it in the second night. I didn´t find The Producers in the list of shows. I took a look on Broadway.com. What is the site you are looking it up?
I´m not going on other Contiki tour, I´m going to Toronto before. After the tour I´m going home.

I'll be on the tour too, getting in about twelve hours early though as I'm on the grand southern tour before hand. Going to Broadway would be cool, but as I've only just booked, I haven't yet decided what will suit me.

I am thinking of booking this trip. I really want to see New York. Any suggestions on what we will be doing. The broadway show sounds cool. The Yankees game is in the afternoon. So I guess that is out.

I haven't really decided what Broadway show to do either, there are so many to choose from and we both want to see something that we will like and maybe a comedy, How bout you? Jeff if you want to go to New York I think this is the way to do it as you see everything that you could possibly want to see there (except the Yankee game, I had a look into going aswell but I don't think it will work out) but your also in a group of people to experience it with instead of by yourself !

I´d like going to a Broadway musical, would you think about to watch Chorus Line, or Chicago, Mary Poppins, The Lion King, or Wicked, for example?
I´m arriving in NY on 28th july, midday, but I found the price in Marrakesh too expensive, I was asked to pay about USD300 one night, so I´m going to stay in another hotel that day. What hotel will you stay if you arrive in NY before the trip?

I'm arriving on the 28th around 7:30pm then we leave New York on the 1st in the afternoon. We are staying in the Marrakech on the 28th also, Ma we also couldn't book that night through Contiki for some reason (I think they didn't have any rooms left) but we found a website called expedia or something like that, that had the Marrakech at 30% off so that why we're staying there, otherwise to book directly was way to expensive and we were going to book another hotel.
As for the Broadway show I'm so confused there are just too many to pick from I was actually thinking about the Wicked one too isn't that the one about the witches from Oz?
What shows is everyone else thinking about going to?

Yes, Wicked is based on the Oz story, I've read about it. I'd like to watch a ball game, too, but as it happens at night, I suppose, and we have only one night free, it won't work out. I'm going solo and I didn't book the hotel for the 28th, yet.

I really wanted to go and see a Yankee game but since we only have one night free I guess I'll have to decide if I want to see a Broadway show or Baseball game? Either one is something that I can only really experience in New York and either would be fantastic to go and see, as the Yankees are just as famous as Broadway is now!! I really can't decide what to do.

Is there anyone else thinking about going to see a Yankee game instead of a Broadway show on the 30th????
