Hi, i'm looking at booking the Grand Explorer that starts April 14, 2007, i heard that all these tours are linked so i'll probably be starting on April 14, 2007 then meet up with you on April 16, 2007 since your tour and mine are the same except for the bay of islands. Are you leaving from Aukland? Hope there's enough people signed up for this tour, it'll be a blast.

I'm signed up for April 16. Going solo from New Jersey. I assume that the slow march of "Call for Availability" toward that date on the 'dates and rates' page means the bus is filling up. Excellent. Excited to see what the other side of the planet is like. I'm a little pissed though... I booked the flight about a month ago, and now it's $200 cheaper online. What the hell? So much for reserving in advance.

I'll be booked on the grand adventurer starting in aukland (apr 16) in a couple days...I need some info on the weather, basically what to bring. I'm pretty limited since I am not leaving from home but I hope it's cool cause I don't have much warm weather clothes with me. Let me know who's starting in aukland and what to bring....

Good to see that you're on our tour.

I haven't been to NZ before but from what I've heard/read it's going to be cool when we go over.
Mid April we're to expect temps from 6C-11C (43F-52F) overnight and 16C-22C (61F-70F) during the day. Hope this helps you....

That's pretty much what I figured the temps would be... I tried to book last night but the travel agent said it was "call for availability" so I have to call back tonight to see if they got it booked. I'll be leaving from Dubai on the 14th getting me to NZ on the 15th...if it is fully booked then I guess there will be a change of plans!!
