Do you guys have any suggestions on how I get my photos off my camera to a memory stick while I am away? Do memory sticks work in internet cafes?? I am confused ( how many pics do you take on a 45 day amazing trip 100000000's !!)

I am staying at the Royal National on the 28th too! We should set up a time closer to when we leave so we can meet up and hang out that night before we leave. I am also going on the Egypt option so we will get to know eachother well!

I am taking the ultimate Europe, with Greek Islands option (i was deciding between greek islands and Egypt, but finally decided on the greek islands). I would like to meet people in my trip. I also am wondering about accommodations and cell phones?

im getting really pumped for the trip, although reading thru the forums and contikipidia there r a million things i would never have thought about if i hadnt, like pikpokts and the very important handbag vs backpack debate! haha! wot r u guys taking?

Hi there to you all - Well Cade-Syd I did survive my 2 weeks boarding and yeh it was amazing - Contiki is loads of fun so now I am even more excited about this trip!!! I am on Face Book - Joanne Morgan ( I am in a cowboy hat!! ) don't ask!!! haha
I will be working to save every penny b4 the trip so have no idea where I will be and I know after the trip I am gonna so need to have a holiday to get over it!! so a bit od R&R for me after the trip!! Hey in a hot country just drink loads - no not that drink - water etc!!
Well I am guessing I am gonna be the OLD LADY of the trip as I will be almost 33!!!! Oh well better late than never!!!
I am gonna try get those vac pack things that suck all the air out your clothes and makes them super skinny as I don't wanna lug a huge bag around for 45 days - so gonna try compact!! Hope it works!! or hey I gotta wear the same clothes ALOT!!!
Well I am also at the Royal National so if any of you wanna meet up - there is a coffee shop outside the reception area called London Coffee ( I think - its got blue writing and is in the court yard thing ) if anyone one is around at 7pm ish on the 28th??

yeah im in the same boat christine, working like crazy trying to save up! but itl b worth it im sure!
i thought from the gossip on these forums americans get given sleeping bags included in the price? i could b wrong tho! iv just got a small sleeping bag which i think is pretty lite (ordered online the other day), i guess it depends how hot u get wen sleeping, i use a doona even in the middle of summer usually! haha

i arrive london 25th, im going via thailand with a friend for 2 wks so it shuld be fun!

il prob b doin some sightseeing or something during the day...
