As it turns out, yes. Thought my hotmail account would have been deleted years ago. Don't quite have messenger just yet but i will sort that out when i get home from work. Jezza, being a NZ p/p holder myself, i've been told by the travel agent over here that we only need a visa into Egypt (Oz p/p holders need a visa in to Turkey as well) but you can get them at the border. I've had a look on the contikipedia and it says that we DON'T need a visa in to Egypt but i'm going to reconfirm that with the travel agent around May.
I will check with my travel agent when i go to pay for my flights at the end of the month, coz the egyptian consulate hasn't got back to my query yet. Kinda hoping I don't need to coz it will mean sending my passport over to Sydney to get one. Stupid no consulate in New Zealand.
My countdown says 194 days till I leave NZ, can't wait
