My name is Suzanne. I am really really glad you are going on this departure date too. My travel agent said the May, June, and July dates usually sell out. So I booked the trip and am leaving on May 14 to spend a few days in London before UE starts. I read Dave's blog of the trip with Egypt option, www.davechallenger.com since he went around the same time. It looks like so much fun! I'm wayyyyy excited.

I like the camel pic you posted!! We'll be seeing lots of them real soon. Yeah, I think my friends and family may be getting annoyed with my happiness over this trip too. I couldn't stop telling them all about it over the Holiday this past week. Well, at least we are both going on the same UE trip and can talk about it as much as we want. Are you planning on flying in a few days early?

I am seriously counting down the days and can't wait to meet our tourmates.

unfortunately ill only be getting there the morning of the 17th, but i was planning on staying a couple of days after later.
but i was hoping on spending some time in the
city, maybe on a bigbus tour or just shopping, honestly ill probably end at a pub!!!!
although even i cant drink at 7am, well at least not without some effort

The pubs are going to be so much fun! That will probably be how I end my days of sightseeing. I think we will all be so excited that it will be hard to get much sleep. I haven't decided if I want to extend my stay after the trip or not. I was thinking about spending more time in London and Paris, and visiting Brussels, Belgium. Have you ever done a Contiki tour before? This is my first, and I'm going solo. I'm excited and a bit scared.

no, this will be my first contiki tour... ive be planning it for over a year. i dont worry im going alone too and i couldnt be more excited... going solo is more of an adventure
i already decided that im staying an extra couple of days to see more of london and maybe part of the countryside like stonehenge or something

I have facebook. My name is Brian Foltz. I am 22 (will turn 23 on the trip), and will be graduating a few days before I leave in May.

I am from a really small town by Erie, but go to school at Robert Morris University and have relocated in Pittsburgh.

Due to graduation and the start of work, I won't be arriving or staying extra. I really wanted to go to Iceland after, but I suppose I can save that for another time.
