I would go. The chances of anything happening right now i think is pretty low. It is too obvious...

The thing that i would be annoyed at are the hand luggage restrictions. Its a long flight from Aust to London, and to not be able to take anything but documentation and sunglasses on board sucks....

Anyways, i say go... Smiler

hey... yeah im supposed to be leaving on sunday night for london, and this whole drama thats going on has kinda thown a spanner in the works. honestly, im still going...unless by the time im supposed to leave something else HUGE has happened- my parents arent keen on the idea at all...they've offered to pay me whatever money i loose (which i think is everything as i didnt take insurance) to keep me behind. im still planning as if im going and im quite sure that by sunday when i leave my choice as to whether i stay or go will be made (like--go!!) its only chaotic today as the "plot" went bust!

anyway--are u on the same UE as me--im leaving aug 18?

i have until saturday to cancel my trip and still get 50% of my money back, I can get the rest back if I file a report with the insurance company. I called them (the insurance) and they said I would not be eligible for that refund due to the developments in London. I am seriously thinking of cancelling.

On one hand, traveling right now has got to be the safest it has ever been, however, coming back... I come back in Oct, I want the alert to stay high for my trip back!!!
