I have a deposit down for this tour but it seems that no one else is doing this tour date.  I am kind of nervous since I am going to be traveling alone so I would like to meet some peeps before the trip.  If anyone is going on this tour please holla back!!!!!

Um are you maybe thinking of July 30th? Cos I'm going on July 30th. I'm also travelling alone and I'm pumped about it.

Yeah, I guess we leave London on July 29th or 3oth. Is that the trip you have booked?  I was worried because it's not a garuanteed departure date but I guess we will just have to wait & see. I am 23 and I graduated from college last May.  I have always wanted to travel Europe before I  settle down or get a "real" job so this is going to be a blast.  Have you talked to anyone else that is doing this trip?

Yeah thats the trip I have booked, 30th July. I know its not guaranteed departure but its the best date for me, so yeah hopefully its all good and goes ahead. I'm 18 (turning 19 like the day after we get back) and I just started university in Australia but decided that I really want to travel before I settle in. I haven't spoken to anyone else doing the trip but hopefully there are lots of people. Just because they haven't been to the message board doesn't mean there arent plenty of people doing it. Are you doing the Mykonos or Egypt option?

I am doing the Mykonos option, i figured that it will be a great party spot and a chance to relax as well. How bout you? Also, what's your name and where are you from? 

Yeah I'm doing the Mykonos option as well. It will be fun and also it should be good to have a break from being on the bus the whole time. Are you staying at the Royal National the night before the trip?

Well Georgie looks like it's just you and me so far.   I know there will be others that don't get on the message boards on our tour but I hope we can talk to more people before the trip.  I will be staying at the royal national on July 28th and i'm a little confused because when I booked the trip the travel company told me that the tour starts on the 29th.  I'll get it figured out sooner or later. I will be coming into London on the 26th most likely and I will either get a hotel room or stay at a hostel so I can do some sightseeing around London.  What are your plans before the trip? 

Ok I'm starting to think that we are going on different trips... When I booked my trip I definitely booked to leave at 6:00am on the 30th July and end at 6:00pm 13th Sep.... So I don't know what that is about... Hopefully we are on the same trip though or it looks like we are both loners for now! Yeah I'm staying at the Royal National the night before the trip but I will be in London from the 17th staying with a friend. I definitely want to do some sightseeing before the trip as well so I have allowed two weeks.

Hey everyone! I'm pretty sure we are all going on the same tour. I have gotten my travel info b/c I will be traveling prior to the trip and the dates aren't exactly what they were on the webiste. My wife (who did this tour a few years ago) recommends staying in the Royal National the night before the tour, simply because you have to get up early in the morning and the only way to get to Contiki at this time of the morning is either stay at the Royal Nat, or catch a Black Cab (expensive)
