Hi all, booked and paid for my UE tour for next year to be in Gallipolli for Anzac Day. Doing the Mykonos option as I've been to Egypt already (and had an awesome time). Just wondering how many others out there are going on the UE leaving on March 28th '07, as I'm crapping myself that there won't be enough & it might get cancelled (tho I doubt it). Wish it was a guarranteed departure, but hey, even they're not 100% guarranteed!!!!!

I'm so excited. I've got the countdown happening already with all my friends & family. They can't wait for me to shut up about it!!!! Only 19weeks and 3days till I fly out.......

Also, is anyone staying at the Generator Hostel? Or are contiki hotels more the go?

Anyway, anyone thinking of doing this tour, hurry up and get on board, caus the more ppl the better!!!!

I arrive in England from Korea in the first week of March and will visit my brother. Im looking at being at the hostel on the night of the 26th(Mon) or even the weekend before. Looked at the hostel and asked around. Clean and the cheapest around so it looks like a keeper. -liz

Yeah, not to mention it's got an awesome bar (so I've heard)!!!!! I get there on Sunday 25th of March. I hear they usually try to put contiki travellers in the same rooms as well, when it's possible. Hope so

The UE departing on March 28 now says "call for availability" YAY!!! I guess it would be safe to assume that this tour WILL go ahead and that numbers are filling up. I sure hope so

Hi guys, Im heading over on this tour to be in Gallipoli for ANZAC day, and doing the Egypt Option, Does anyone know the location of where the tour actually starts, because I will be in London a couple of days before the start and want some accommodation that is as close as possible. I see the Generator Hostel and The Royal National Hotel are popular choices but I would like to know exactly where we are to meet the bus. (Im no to keen to be walking around London carrying my backpack for too long), any ideas?

Don't worry! There will be people from all experiences there. Im going on the Egypt option and I cant wait. Even though its going to hurt handing over all that money!

On a random side note I was told today that you can no longer take Vegemite in to the United States as it was banned by the Federal Drug Agency (FDA)!
