Party Animals!!! I hope there are some people planning on going on this tour that are excitted about it as me. I am 21 from Sydney and have just booked onto the 18th today...it is going to be amazing.

I did the Ultimate European in August this year! I had the time of my life! I want to go again! I loved so many places, so much that I want to go back real soon! I am in love with Paris! I did the Egypt option and it was fantastic. The guys that did the Mykonos option had a blast! All they did was drink and party!

How exciting!!! Should be really good - I can't wait! We booked in Nov05 and paid for flights at about the same time as you!! Now we're just saving like crazy and waiting for the day to finally come around!! Not long now...!! =)

I'm Daniel, 23 from Sydney, but presently living and working in this dreadfully posh restaurant and bar just outside of London. I'm booked on the UE leaving on the 18th and cant wait. I'm doing the Mykonos option (I'm doing egypt seperately in may), which should be good. Looking forward to making use of my scuba licence that I got last year while on Mykonos. But really the whole thing sounds great, and I look forward to meeting you all! See you in August!

Yeah, its good to get to know people a bit first. I'd say we're pretty much guaranted a full bus. This will be my 4th contiki and every one I have done before has been full (I did 2 contikis in America and I did Ski Hopfgarten in January). Those we meet here online will represent just a fraction of the people that will be on the tour. From the looks of it we'll probably lose a few on the way as I daresay they'll combine our tour with the London to Rome and London to Athens trips.

Right now I am living just outside of London at a restaurnat saving to pay the remainder of my balance and earning my spending money for the trip. My plan is to relocate to London a few days before the trip starts so I can get myself organis before setting off. If any of you will be in london a few days before, let me know. we can catch up and I'll show you around the sights. And if you want a good tip from me. For accomodation a bit cheaper than the Royal National Hotel, book your pre tour accomodation at the generator hostel which is just a few blocks away from the Royal National, is much cheaper (especially if you book online), and is great for the party goers you inevitably meet on Contiki tours. I have stayed there a bunch of times before and its great! Being a non smoker I was a bit cheesed that they let people smoke indoors in the common areas, but once you get over that, there is a good time to be had. (Actually, I subsequently discovered that in Europe, non smokers are somewhat of a minority, so if you don't smoke, be prepared to breathe in some secondary smoke against your will at times.) Just make sure you're up bright and early the day the tour starts!
