Hey! Is anyone going on the Italian Espresso starting Dec 29th. I am planning on booking this trip soon.

Any advice for a first time traveler to Europe and with Contiki.

Because its England for me i'll be leaving from Heathrow but i booked the silliest flight so i'll be in italy at 10 in the morning!!! whole day to fill up!

I think my flight lands at 10am...so I'm all for meeting up in the early afternoon.

Im flying Ailitalia [Italian airline] and arriving, fingers crossed, at 10.10 on the 30th - dunno why i booked such an early flight! got to be awake at some crazy hour to fly out!

I just checked my schedule. I actually arrive 8:15 a.m. on Delta. If you land at 10 a.m. you'll probably arrive at the hotel around Noon? Maybe we can all meet in the lobby at 1 p.m.

I finally booked the tour and now am trying to find a flight. Did you use the Contiki flight or did you book your own flight through somewhere else?

I booked everything through my travel agents, so they did everything for me but my flights are with the Italian airline Alitalia flying from here [England] to Rome!

I booked my flight on my own (aircanada's website). There were no flights available for this tour through contiki, but luckily, I was able to secure a flight for these dates on my own. I would suggest using yahoo travel (it provides you with numerous flight options via various vendors).
