anyone else going along on this tour.  My husband, a friend and I booked for this tour.  thought we should do a contiki before we are too old!

my name's jessie. i'm 20 and i'll be coming on this trip too. this is my first contiki experience, and i'm going on my own (so am a little shy), but am really excited at the same time. hope to speak to everyone more in the near future!

Hi Jessie,  This is our first and probably our last contiki because of our age but really looking foward to it.  Have been to parts of Europe on a few occasions but not on a tour.  I am 33 and my husband is 35 - young at heart though !!! and the friend we are travelling with is about 26 -  i think.  We arrive in Rome on the day of the tour.
don't worry too much about being shy am sure you will meet a few people.

I am going on the Tuscany tour this date. This will be my 4th tour with Contiki & also my last. After this tour i will be too old. that's a lil sad to say.
I feel having been on very different types of Contiki tours, I can give reasonable advice on what to expect.

Hello to everybody, actually I am not travelling on this trip but I do live in Tuscany. Full bloody italian! With a great wish to meet some Contikier her in Italy after my great 2002 Aussy Explorer.

Yesterday, as I went downtown there were three Contiki coaches parked on the Lungarno but I did not meet anyone :'-(

Keep in touch, especially if you want to stay some extra day in Florence before or after the tour...

And don't worry if you are about to be over 35. I know they are not so strict with the age limit...

This is Jing from California, 28yr old female. I just booked the 9/23 Tuscany trip and will go alone. Hopefully I can meet interesting people during the trip.

I'll arrive at Rome early in the morning on 9/23 and wonder if anybody else in this group wants to explore the city together.

My name is Maya and I am planning on going on the Tuscany tour myself, solo, at same time, 9/23 tour. I'll be there the night before the 23rd, b/c there is not flight from TX that will get me into Rome before 6 pm on the 23rd. I would be interested in tour the city during the day of the 23rd

well it will be good to meet up with everyone. starting to get a little excited now. We are not sure yet what time we get into Rome as i have not received our intinery yet. We will be arriving in Rome on the 23rd coming in from a week in Belgium. Will let you know on times and we might be able to meet up before the tour starts to look over Rome.

Hi folks.

This will be my third Contiki trip. Really looking forward to it. Not getting into Rome until mid afternoon. In fact since I don't know where the hotel is in the city I think I might only just get there by 6.

well sounds like we will have a good mix of people on the tour. I received our tickets yesterday. we leave next week and then meeting up in Rome so have just started packing. Had a quick look on the net which hotels we are staying at and they look ok. Not too many sleeps left.
