Hi Leanne and Claire, nice to get a reply. Do you know if there are any guys on our tour? My boyfriend looks like he may be surrounded by women!

I am also looking at buying a travel bag with wheels and backpack staps, do you think this is a good idea? What are you taking? I hear they weigh bags.

Does anyone know what time we are meeting on Sept 16? I arrive in London 13th Sept, so i have a few days to explore London before we leave. Thinking about taking a ride on the red bus tours?

Hey Cassie, I'm taking luggage with wheels because it has always worked better for me. Smiler I believe the weight limit is 44 pounds but from what I have read on the forums they only weigh it once at the beginning of the tour.
I'm meeting some friends for the tour and it'll be my friend's fiancee and his cousin so that's two guys, so hopefully your boyfriend won't feel so left out. lol
I arrive in London at 9:15 am on the 15th and I think we meet at 6 or 7 pm. Anyone correct me if I'm wrong. Can't wait to meet you all!

Oh thats good to know. He will be excited that there is more males aboard. I was under the impression the tour left at 6-7am. Can someone clarify that for me? Might be able to do some more sight seeing in london if its a late tour start. Evening.

I just researched where we stay in rome, and it seems a bit far out of town. Anyone else had a look? It says about a 50min train ride. What is everyone plannig on doing when we have a free day in rome?

Hi Cass,
I haven't check out how far we are but i have seen the hotel itself on the internet...i don't know what we are going to do for our free time. Do you have any ideas?
For sure i do want to see the major tourist attractions.
Are you going to do any of the extra options?

I will do a few of the optional extras, but i'm big on searching for a better deal. Sometimes they rip you off a bit. (my travel agent said to look around for a caberet show cheaper than what they offer in paris)

My bf wants to take me around rome, he loves it, and has been twice before. So I dare say we'll spend the free day doing all the touristy things.

I'm so excited!
