I'am from Canada and I am going on the Road to Athens too.  I am really excited.  I am travelling alone too so it would be great to meet some people before the tour starts.  I'am doing the Mykonos resort thing after Athens and I hope some people from the tour will be continuing on there.

I'm from Canada and my friend Crista and I just booked the Road to Athens tour yesterday.  This is the first time either of us has been to Europe and we're really looking forward to it!!  It was actually a toss up between Europe and Australia, but Australia will definately happen another day.  Following the tour we're planning on spending about a week in Greece before flying back up to London where we'll fly back home to Vancouver.  Are you doing any other travelling while in Europe?

It's the first time I've been to europe too. I'm not continuing on after the tour but I'm spending 4 days in london before the tour leaves, unfortunaley I couldn't get any more time off work! I'm so looking forward to the trip,I've always wanted to see pompei oh and partying hard!

My husband and I are from Vancouver Canada and we'll be going on this tour also. We're really looking forward to it. It'll be great to get to know some of you before the tour starts. There doesn't seem to be too many people in this chat...hopefully, more people will come on later and we can get to know each other. Only about 3 weeks left!!!

I can't believe the tour starts in 3 weeks...crazy!! I am getting really excited. There is so much that I want to see...Eiffel Tower, the Coloseum, etc. I will be spending the extra night in Athens that Contiki booked for me, than I am off to Germany for two weeks.

Im so looking forward to RTA. I will be in London next week for a couple of days then I will be on the tour bus leaving the 5th Sept.

I plan to do some shopping in Coventry Garden and check out the traditional english tours i.e palace and pubs...

When the tour ends I will be in Mykonos at the resort. Hope to catch up with everyone on the bus for some good times.

Hey everyone,

It's hard to believe in just over a week we'll be in London and off to Paris and beyond...

It sounds like you all will be in London with time to spare before the tour. However, we don't land in Gatwick til just after 5pm on Sept 4th and will probably miss the meeting at 6pm. Hopefully someone can fill us in?
