I'm doing the RTA tour on the 7th june... just wondering if any 1 can help - should i take a suit case or Back pack? im also travelling a few islands in greece afterwards!!!

in one of the articles on this site there is a comparison between bringin a suitcase and a backpack so have a look. It sounds like they favour the suitcase idea but they also recommended on which can be a suitcase and/or a backpack so i am def going to get one of those.

It doesn't really matter. Unless, you are going to do some independent backpacking before or after the tour. Then I recommend a large back pack. As long as you bring a day pack backpack for daily walking tours. You'll be fine. Your main luggage can be either/or. What ever is easier for you to carry to and from the hotels and coach. But, they don't allow those large metal frame backpacks.
