hi liberty im just flicking through your web photos of your trip. i did the same tour about 3 weeks prior to you. is that the heli hike of franz josef fox glacier you got to do or is that the scenic flight of mt cook. either way im jealous fox was freezing and windy so we had no heli hikes. choice pics though. karen

that was the heli ride on fox glacier.
I was so nervous, my first heli ride.
I did the 20 minute 1 because it was so expensive.
Afterwards I regretted that I didn't do the 30 minute flight.
But it is a great country.
Made some new friends so that's cool too.
Hop if you ever get back that you get to do it too.
