Hi all

This will be my first contiki trip i'm actually flying direct to munich and meeting the tour at the camp grounds. then looking to travel the danhube to Amsterdam then to Paris and TGV to London or from munich to switzerland, Toulouse and then Paris TGV to London any one have any ideas?

Is anyone else booked for this trip?

I'll be booking this trip shortly. Also, I noticed that you might be heading to Amsterdam from Oktoberfest and I was thinking the same thing. Unfortunately I don't know if I'll have the time or money for it. I'll be flying into London though and spending a few days there before heading off to Munich with the tour.

I'll also be booking this trip shortly. I had the chance to visit Munich last summer while doing the 32 day camping tour with Contiki and i had a blast, thats why i definitely want to go back for Octoberfest. I'll be flying into London and also spending a couple days visiting first. I'm familiar with the tent set up and cooks, and no worries, it's awesome, better then you can imagine. Can't wait, gonna be a blast.

Hey guys, Im going on this tour too. Im heading to Amsterdam after oktoberfest as well, by eurail. Then wherever after that. Maybe Norway or something. But sounds like a few of yas have the same intentions so that sounds great!!

think im gonna put my mind body and soul thru it all again after last year but hey why not if its anything like last year its gonna be ace..5 or 7 days...mmmmm decisions??

Hi i have just booked for this tour as well. It will be my first time in Europe. I will be in London a couple of days before the tour departs, but have no plans for after.

Allo, allo. It seems like everyone on here is going for the later of the two trips to Oktoberfest ... i wonder if we missed something ...

In any case, my best friend and I are booked for the 7 day Oktoberfest trip which leaves London on the 20th and ends on the 26th. We will be staying in London for a few days prior to leaving for Munich, and will be leaving Munich on our own and traveling to Amsterdam from there till october 6th.

We would absolutely love to find anyone else who has similar plans and perhaps we can join brain forces and make it a trip of a life time!!

my roomate and i will be in munich for oktoberfest end of sept-beg of oct. but not with contiki...i heard its hard to get into places, get tables, get served if you don't make reservations...does anyone know about that? its just the two of us so...
