Hello all ... sounds like a good group is taking on the five day trip here ... my best friend and I are doing the 7 day ... but it starts the same day as yours!! Is anyone leaving from London, and perhaps staying there before the 20th?? We're booked at the Royal National for a few days before ... it would be great to hook up with some good folks before heading to Germany. Let us know!!
Cheers!

Is anyone else as nervous about not being able to speak a word of german? Seriously, I'm a little scared.

I wouldn't worry about it elle, most German's understand english, if not speak it most of the time. The lonely planet has a great book that helps with communication, even has pictures so you can point to what you want if you can't find the word fast enough! lol. I think we'll all be in the same boat - not to worry!! I know how to say no, yes, beer, and please - I think those are the essentials!! Cheers!
