Anyone going on the Southern Ireland tour that starts September 23rd?

I am a solo first time traveler and so excited!

I will be going solo as well on the trip. This will be my 2nd Contiki trip.

I am thinking about stopping in Amsterdam for a day or two before heading home after the tour. I am from Calgary, Alberta.

Where is your connecting flight to Dublin? I have a 6 hour layover in Newark before flying into Dublin.Blahhhhh.... I get into Dublin at 6:55am.

I haven't booked a flight yet. Hoping to get some sort of a fall sale in the next few weeks. I am trying to find a flight that can get me into Dublin earlier rather than later to spend the day checking things out.

I booked with Continental Airlines and paid around 600.00 for my round trip flight.

That is a really good deal. Anything I am looking at is about double in price, so I am just going to sit it out and keep my eyes peeled for a seat sale. I am starting to get really excited! Are you going to head home once the tour is over or stick around for a few days?

I have to head back home when the tour ends because of my work will only let me take a certain amount of days offs for vacation time.I will most likely be working the very next day.

Gotta love the working world. I think I am going to take a few extra days and check things out. I am getting really excited for this trip!

I can't wait! Only about a month to go and the trip is booked full! I've been debating on if I should hire a chauffeur service at the airport to pick me up or if I should hut for a taxi when I arrive.
