Hey everyone,

I haven't booked yet, but I was wondering if there was anyone else going on the Southern Ireland tour from August 22-30 - if there's another thread for this one going that I just didn't notice, sorry! I see that those dates don't have the little check mark (showing that they're guaranteed) so I wasn't sure if that means that the specific tour just doesn't have enough people signed up for it yet or what. Anyways, I'd most likely be a solo traveller (all of my friends have chipped away at most of their student loans), and this would be my first Contiki so I would love to find out if other people have been signing up for this, or if I should try my luck with a different departure date!

Since I had posted this, I've actually gone ahead and booked for this date. My friend Rachael is coming along too after hearing me go on and on about how cool this trip should be. We've got our plane tickets and everything, so hopefully the date gets guaranteed or else we'll have to find some other accommodations or another tour to do once we get there! We both live in Ontario (in Canada) - where would you be coming from?

If space on the tour is a concern, I'm sure you'll still be able to get in - it's not guaranteed yet, so I figure that that means that there must still be empty spots to fill! I'm starting up the fourth year of my undergrad this fall at the university in town. I'm taking summer courses, but I'll have off last week of the summer, so this tour kind of fits in perfectly. If you do decide to go on the tour, feel free to add me on msn (accidentallycool@hotmail.com) or on facebook or something (Lauren Wysman) so that you aren't going into the tour knowing absolutely no one!

Cristin - Rachael and I are from Windsor, although we're driving up to Toronto to fly out (we're flying Air Transat). I'm going to guess that Toronto is probably the closest large airport to Cambridge, and I think it would be hilarious if we happened to be taking the same flight out. Although I guess London could may have some international flights to Ireland for all that I know, although we found our cheapest deal (by far) with Toronto.

Hey everyone!! Myself and my buddy Kevin are going to be on this tour! Glad to see that so many people are already on it. We're from Guelph and see that some of you don't have your flights yet. We are both travel agents so if you get stuck or just want some help with it just let us know!!
