Hey everyone Even though its months and months away I'm hoping there may be someone else out there who is doing this contiki I'm heading over to London by myself on the 1st of Sept 08 and doing a short London and Paris Contiki before starting this Would love to chat to anyone who is going on this tour or has been on this tour before

Hi there! A friend and I are both looking at doing this trip! It sounds like it will be a lot of fun! I think we're planning on getting to London around Sept 10th! We haven't booked anything yet, but hopefully we will be shortly! We'll definately have to keep chatting so we will know someone else on the trip!

Hi! My boyfriend and I are thinking about doing this trip too! We haven't booked it yet but we're about 99% sure we're gonna do it. Planning to arrive in London on the 10th so we'll have a couple days to explore before we leave. Have either of you done a Contiki before?

I did a Contiki tour in Sept 2006 and had a fantastic time - which is why I'm going back to Europe with Contiki! Is this your first Contiki tour?

Ya, this will be the first one for both of us. I backpacked around Europe for 3 months when I was 18 and it was awesome. I only have 3 weeks for this trip so I thought it would be better to do a tour and then I won't have to worry about anything (except how to pay my VISA bill at the end...)

Which tour did you do before?

I did the European Vista tour, and had the best time of my life (so far!). Contiki is a lot of fun - I met a lot of great people, saw awesome things, and made some really great friends!

I hear you with the Visa bill - I'm trying to figure that out as well!

I was worried with it being so LONG away no one would be thinking that far ahead!! Its my first contiki (well actually by then it will be my second, I'm doing the London Paris one just before this one starts!!!)

I'm hopefully doing this tour as well! I did a contiki tour back in '05 and loved it!
I'll be heading over solo and will probably be there the night before the tour and kicking on for a few days after! YAY! So exciting but still so far away!

I will be back in London on the 12th of September and think I'm around for a couple of days after the tour too Where are you all from?

Good to hear about your travel plans Niki - I'd be in for a visit to the pub the night before (Last time I did a contiki they actually did a 'pre-tour' meeting and everyone headed to the pub after that as well..so you had a chance to meet people from your tour)
