Great i was starting to think no one was going on this contiki.

We do our own traveling for a week after the contiki, over east and vegas thats about it.

Yea, I originally was going to book a different tour but it was full so this was my second choice.

Yea, I originally wanted to do the "Eastern Discoveries" tour but it was full.

I'm working in NY state in a summer camp for 3 months. Having a week in New York before flying over to LA to meet up with the tour.
Have you ever done a tour like this before, travelling solo or with friends etc?

Nope never done a tour or contiki before so its my first time.

Traveling with a friend, bit more fun for when we leave the tour and do our own thing..

Yea, Bris is a little like that, that's what I'm doing all this for, spent years just working and cruising along, decided it was time to do something new and different.

I'm 25, female, QLD. Glad to meet someone the same age I was worried there was either going to be a heap of older people or juniors that are like 18 or 19 years old :P

Yeah, a friend of mine did this tour in '06, she had a great time. I'm looking forward to it.

Yeah i cant wait til the trip, in much need of something different in my life too.. sort of wish i booked sooner lol but hopefully its worth the wait..

Yea, I've been reading through the forums and people who have been generally say it's a mix of older & younger people combined with couples and singles, that's a good mix.

Just had to save for the trip and manage to drag someone along with me which was a mission at the start cos no one wanted to go..

Didn't wanna travel on your own? I'm going to be there by myself, I was a bit apprehensive about that at first but that's mainly why I decided to go contiki, cause a lot of people do it on their own and you can make buddies quick and easy so I'm not worried.

I leave Aus on the 27th of May. I have a week in New York before flying back to LA to begin the tour. I don;t know about internet access at camp, from what I've heard it's in pretty high demand so might not be able to access it too oftne.

Nah didn't want to travel on my own, i don't know what to expects so i rather travel with someone. We spending some time in vegas after contiki so i didnt want to party on my own there, it may get a bit boring if your on your own in a party town!

But yeh i hear contiki is like really cool and easy to make friends so should be all good.

Well if you dont have internet access when your away I will just need to ask everyone if they are MsKatKitty in the contiki group! lol
